Your MCS-150, On Time
The MCS-150 is your company's record with FMCSA: address, trucks, drivers and type of operation. You have to update it every 2 years, even if nothing changed.
FMCSA doesn't remind you. If you miss it, your USDOT number gets deactivated and you can be fined. We track the date for you and file it on time.
When Is Yours Due?
How it works: the last digit of your USDOT number sets the month. The second-to-last digit sets the year. If it's odd, you file in odd years. If it's even, you file in even years. It's due by the last day of that month.

Example: USDOT 1234567 ends in 7 (July), and the digit before it is 6 (even). It's due by July 31 of every even year.
Changes Between Updates
If your address, truck count or type of operation changes, update your MCS-150 then. Don't wait for your due date. Your truck count also sets your UCR bracket.
