Last updated: March 31, 2026
Welcome to TruckWise Reporting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
TruckWise Reporting provides DOT compliance services including, but not limited to, authority registration, business formation, tax filings, IRP vehicle registration, permits and bonds, and driver safety and compliance services. We act as a service provider and filing agent on your behalf with federal and state regulatory agencies.
While we strive to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all filings, the ultimate responsibility for maintaining compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations remains with the carrier or business owner.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for your compliance filings.
3. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information for all filings and registrations
- Promptly respond to requests for additional information or documentation
- Review all filings and documents prepared on your behalf for accuracy before submission
- Maintain valid insurance coverage as required by federal and state regulations
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your business information, operations, or contact details
- Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees will be communicated to you before any work begins. Fees may include our service charges as well as government filing fees, which are set by the applicable regulatory agencies and subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Government filing fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable. Our service fees may be subject to our refund policy as described in Section 5.
5. Refund Policy
If you cancel a service request before we begin processing your filing, you may be eligible for a full refund of our service fees. Once a filing has been submitted to a government agency, service fees are generally non-refundable. Government filing fees are non-refundable once submitted. Refund requests should be directed to support@truckwisereporting.com.
6. Accuracy and Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all filings and registrations. However, we rely on the information you provide. TruckWise Reporting is not responsible for errors, delays, or rejections resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by the client.
Our services do not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified attorney for legal matters related to your business or regulatory compliance.
7. Processing Times
Processing times for filings and registrations are estimates and depend on the applicable government agency. While we strive to process all requests promptly (typically within 48 hours of receiving complete information), we cannot guarantee specific processing times by government agencies, which are outside our control.
